Mandy Hartmann and Mats Dale obtain Master Black Belt certificate

Oldenburger|Fritom is proud to announce that our colleagues Mandy Hartmann and Mats Dale are now certified Master Black Belts (MBB). They recently passed the theory exam provided by Lean Six Sigma Partners.

Master Black Belt is the highest training level of the Lean Six Sigma method, which is the common theme throughout our business operations. The starting point of Lean Six Sigma is to ask what really matters to the customer. By continuously focusing on improving, optimizing, and innovating, we aim to deliver added value to their supply chain.

Role in the organization
Master Black Belts work closely with Black Belts and Green Belts. While the latter primarily focus on improvement projects, Master Black Belts verify whether these projects contribute to the business strategy. Additionally, Mandy and Mats will guide our organization in the Lean Six Sigma method from now on. They will also ensure that we achieve our set goals. 

ISO 13053-1
All colleagues at Oldenburger|Fritom are taking a Lean Six Sigma Belt training course. For this, we are certified according to ISO 13053-1 Six Sigma. As a certified Master Black Belt, Mats will soon be providing these training courses internally, for levels from White Belt to Green Belt. Mats himself will focus on the practical assignment for the MBB certification in the coming period.
