Oldenburger|Fritom is pleased to announce that our colleague Niels Bos has held the position of Logistics Manager within our organization since the beginning of April. Niels has held various positions at Oldenburger|Fritom since 2009.
After studying Logistics and Economics at the NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences in the Dutch city of Emmen, Niels joined Oldenburger|Fritom in October 2009. Regarding his employment at Oldenburger|Fritom, Niels says: “I started at Oldenburger|Fritom as an employee in the Logistic Support department. Here, as SPOC (Primary Contact Person), I was responsible for the outbound processes of an important customer active in EMEA. Later, the other supply chain processes of this customer were added to my responsibilities.”
2023 | Supervisor Logistic Support
In 2016, Niels took an intermediate step to other companies where he was also active in supply chain management. In 2023, Oldenburger|Fritom offered him another challenging position, which he was eager to take on. Niels: “As Supervisor Logistic Support, I was able to provide direction and substance to the supply chain processes of all of Oldenburger|Fritom’s key customers.”
April 2026 | Logistics Manager
Thanks to his insight, knowledge, and skills, Oldenburger|Fritom recently decided to ask Niels to take on the role of Logistics Manager. Since April 1st, he has been managing our entire Warehousing, VAS & E-Fulfillment business unit. In addition to the colleagues in the Logistic Support department, our Supervisor Contract Logistics and Supervisor Warehouse also report to Niels.
