Oscar Engelen celebrates 5 years of service

Our colleague Oscar Engelen is celebrating his 5-year work anniversary at Oldenburger|Fritom this month. Oscar works as a warehouse operator within our Warehousing, VAS & E-Fulfilment business unit.

In 2021, Oscar successfully completed the Logistics Team Leader training at the Dutch educational institution Noorderpoort. Following this, we gave him a permanent position with us as a warehouse operator. In this role, together with his colleagues, Oscar oversees warehousing activities for several customers, primarily active in the high-tech industry.

Culture Carrier
Additionally, Oscar is part of our team of culture carriers. In our logistics knowledge organization, we encourage a growth mindset among our colleagues. Therefore, we organize several personal leadership trainings a year. In addition to these trainings, it is also important to brainstorm with one another on this topic. As a culture carrier, Oscar takes the lead in this within our warehousing operation.
